If you do not wish to continue participating in the respective Program or no longer agree to this Privacy and Cookies Policy, you agree to reply “STOP” to any mobile message sent as part of the respective Program in order to opt out of the respective Program with respect to messages from the associated phone number used on our behalf for the communication(s) (“associated phone number”). We will not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any mobile messages connected with the Program. Delivery of mobile messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is outside of our control.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered mobile messages.
